A new system for handling applications at Fnac
Together with its retail partner Fnac, Finaref has developed an improved procedure with a new computer interface for handling in-store applications for a Fnac storecard. The challenge in this project was to assist our partner in adding loyalty and credit functionalities to an updated information system. The new system was tested in March for two weeks in two stores and then rolled out in all 67 Fnac stores in less than a month and a half. Since the end of April, Fnac sales staff have had more ergonomic sales points, which in turn reduce waiting times for customers. The latter can now chose their PIN number when opening a credit account. Supporting retail partners in their development is important for Finaref and is part of our mission to be a catalyst for growth.
