Finaref recruits new staff for its insurance business In 2006, Finaref launched a drive to recruit staff for the international expansion of its insurance business. The campaign emphasises the human values of the company: the idea of customers as partners, getting results, a taste for innovation and high quality team work in order to support company growth, notably the current international expansion of Finaref’s insurance business. A wide range of profiles Finaref is looking for staff with a wide range of profiles to cover different job functions in different sectors. We are looking for new sales staff to expand our sales force; we are recruiting actuaries and claims settling agents to develop our insurance skills and we are also recruiting product managers to work in marketing and customer relations. In all cases, the new recruits will join young teams with an average age of 33.
