 Fidéplus: Innovation and performance

Fidéplus, the new loyalty scheme linked to our Mistral and Challenger accounts, will help Finaref strengthen our relationship with our customers.
Finaref offers a loyalty programme for holders of credit accounts not associated with a retail chain.
As Nathalie Leleu, in charge of marketing at Finaref, explains, "This scheme is a way for Finaref to promote customer loyalty among “direct” customers by returning to them some of the added value they generate when they use their account. The existence of a loyalty scheme does not determine the decision to take out a revolving credit facility, but if a customer can choose between several such facilities, he or she will tend to choose the one which rewards his or her loyalty. All the evidence points to the fact that there is a real demand for a scheme like Fidéplus. Various qualitative and quantitative surveys have shown that revolving credit customers feel they are excluded from the loyalty schemes offered by banks."
